	Disclaimer: We at Fresh Threads always use utmost care in the cleaning of your apparel and household goods, however, due to the fabrics, materials and dyes that are used in manufacturing these items, we find it necessary to inform you that by signing below, you acknowlenge that Fresh Threads will not be held liable for manufacturing defects or damage caused by incorrectly labeled tags on your garments, and any damage caused by belonging found in your laundry such as gum, pens, knifes etc.

	Notice of Fees: Although we at Fresh Threads attempt to check all laundry for un-washable objects such as food, gum, pens, knifes etc., we are not responsible for objects left behind in laundry. Objects such as these that cause damage to our equipment or ruquire the equipment to be off for cleaning, will result in automatic minimum charge of $10.00 for cleaning and a maximum of $30.00 for service, and any damage reports made by customer on behalf of their belongings will be waived. 	Failure to Notify / Now Shows: In order for Fresh Threads to be able to offer free pick up and delivery, we must pick up a daily minimum of laundry. Each day, a list is compilled with a set maximum amount of pick ups and deliveries with our monthly valued customers at the front and the slots are then filled on a first come first served basis. In the event you are not going to need service for your scheduled day, we require 24 hours notice so that we can fill the slot with a non monthly customer. Failure to put out laundry by 8:30am without notification will result in: 1) A skip in your service for that week. 2) A non refundable no show fee of $5.00. Customers can deliver laundry to Fresh Threads to waive fee. By signing below, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms.
