Drop Off Service:

Just drop your laundry by the store and we`ll have your laundry washed, folded, wrapped and waiting for you in 24 hours from the time you bring it in. (Loads over 20 lbs. may take a little longer.)

Pick Up & Delivery Service

1. By signing up for a monthly account, you no longer need to bring your laundry in… We come and get it!

2. Once you`ve filled out our Valued Customer Form, we will notify you of your pick up date. Once a week or once a month, we can adjust the frequency to fit your needs. Regular customers are provided with a plastic bin to protect their laundry during delivery.

3. Simply set out your laundry on your door step in the plastic bin we provide or a plastic bag (if you don`t have a bin yet) by 9:00am.

4. We pick up your laundry between 9:00am and 11:30am and bring it to our modern facility to be washed with care.

5. Your laundry will be done by the next day and delivered after 1:30pm in the afternoon. It will arrive in a your plastic bin, freshly washed, folded and wrapped in brown paper.

6. The laundry is weighed and logged upon arrival to get an accurate weight.

7. You will receive a bill on the last service day of the month and must be paid no later than the 1st service day of the next month, or within 7 days, which ever comes first.

8. That`s it! Enjoy your new free time!

WALK INS:

Non-student: $0.80

Student: $0.75

Wash n Dump: $0.70 we dont fold it, just put in a bag... but its clean

Dryer Sheets: 0.10

Stain Treat: 0.25

Hang: current rate + 0.5 / lb
example: student rate and hung is = .75 +.05 = 0.80 / lb

Hang Dry: current rate + .10 / lb

Q. What if I don`t have any laundry that week and I am on the pick-up schedule?
A. That`s O.K. Just notify us the day prior to your service day. This will help us to save time and expense and save you a $5.00 penalty charge for not having the laundry out for collection on your designated day.

Q. What if I forgot to set it out for morning collection, but I bring it in, will I still be charged?
A. Not if you drop it off at our store in by noon (12:00).

Q. What if I have Dry-Cleaning? How does that work?
A. Simply combine your dry clean items together in a separate plastic bag and tag as "Dry Clean". Then include with your regular to be cleaned and returned the next day with you`re your laundry.

Q. How does special attention work, such as hang dry etc.?
A. Fabric softener and dryer sheets are free for monthly accounts, and charged at our designated rates (see rate sheet) for drop off service. We understand that some of your wash items may need to be hung to dry. You can request items to be Hang Dried for your regular wash rate plus an additional 10? per pound.

Q. Is it possible to come and pickup my laundry early?
A. Yes, just call us and check to see if it`s done first.

Q. Can I change how my laundry is done or provide special instructions for a specific laundry item`s care?
A. Sure! Simply let us know by calling in or printing out our Laundry Order Form, filling out how you want things done and include with your laundry at pickup. It`s that easy!
